Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 4 is a Project School. Which does not have its own permanent building. The school currently has a temporary building. The sponsoring agency of the school is Dr. Harisingh Gour University, Sagar. The building for the school has been provided by the university . Classes from class 1 to 10 are conducted in the Vidyalaya. When this school was opened, classes were conducted only from class one to fifth. As the classes increased, four rooms were constructed on the first floor of the school as per requirement. At present primary classes are held in new constructed rooms. BSNL Wi-Fi has been arranged for smooth operation of internet in the school.
Ramp arrangements have also been made in the school for Children with Special Needs. The Vidyalaya has a computer laboratory for computer education which has computers with internet connection. 3 projectors have also been arranged through which all the teachers can do their teaching work effectively.
